I had the pleasure recently of meeting Nick who installed a new wall furnace at my premises.  Nick was punctual, polite, well-mannered and tidy.  This excellent tradesman is a real asset to your company and he took pride in his workmanship. I also commend you on your top service across the board in every way.  Best cost of appliance; no pressure sales approach, total knowledge of product and installed within 7 days prior to date quoted. All in all it was a pleasure doing business with a down to earth, no fuss company.
